Medical Respite Program
Our Medical Respite Program is currently accepting referrals for men and women in need of medical respite care. This program provides a safe, supportive, and restorative environment for individuals experiencing homelessness who are recovering from an acute illness or injury. It is designed for individuals who are not sick enough for inpatient hospitalization, but too ill to return to homelessness.
Our Vision
We envision a compassionate community where all individuals—regardless of history—are met with dignity, respect, and access to equitable, comprehensive care. Our goal is to bridge the gap between medical respite and supportive housing, ensuring a smooth transition to long-term stability.
