Eagles Wings Coordinated Care is a non-profit organization that provides safety, stability, and community for persons living with mental health challenges and chemical dependency. We believe that these individuals need more than just a place to live; they need a community of support to help them transition back into society.

We provide our clients with the tools they need to thrive: access to mental health services, on-site counseling, and various programs that focus on physical and mental health. Eagles Wings also offers case management services that help our clients develop the skills they need to take control of their lives again.
