Welcome to Eagles Wings Coordinated Care, where we believe in providing a safe haven for homeless and vulnerable individuals. Since 2017, we have dedicated ourselves to serving the community through mental health and case management services.
Our mission is to empower those who have faced homelessness, substance abuse, or crisis by offering them a stable and supportive environment as they work towards achieving permanent housing. Together, we can create a brighter future for those in need.
