We are Eagles Wings Coordinated Care, a nonprofit organization that provides a safe place for homeless and vulnerable individuals to find stability and support. We have been serving the community since 2017, by providing community, mental health and case management services to people who have experienced homelessness, substance abuse or are in crisis.

Part of our mission is to improve the lives of homeless and vulnerable people by giving them a place to live while they work towards permanent housing.
